The reason why I choose this brand is because Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, have dependably been the innovative and expressive sources of all the brand's exercises just as the drivers behind the advancement techniques dependent on adjusted development on a worldwide scale and spotlight on the core business. The Group makes, creates and distributes hifgh-end apparel, leather merchandise, footwear, accessories, gems and watches.
Production, Distribution and Licenses are the three operating divisions that manage and control over the entire value chain from the creation to sales for continuous development. Moreover, the age of 25-40 are their main target market who are trendsetter, innovators, and people who enjoys fashion with considerable amount of income. Christian Dior has become Dolce and Gabbana strong competitor as they produce almost the same pattern and design for every products with the price that are quite similar. Not forgetting the campaign that they both have every season of the year.
According to Aitken (2018) China represents one of the biggest luxury markets globally. Indeed, according to a recent report by the consultancy Bain & Company, the luxury goods market in mainland China has been forecast to grow by 20%-22% this year, with the country accounting for the bulk of the global growth this year that has been put at 6%-8% and reach €276-€281 billion (c.$313-$319 billion). Moreover, future development directions at global level which combines the strategic vision of the headquarters in Milan in order to boost the number of sales, Dolce and Gabbana widespread presence across the territory, through its branches in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Sao Paulo.
